New Client Desposit
We requre a one-time $50 deposit to secure appointments for new clients’ first visit. This balance will go towards the cost of the visit and will not be required for all subsequent visits once they are an established client with us.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that clients kindly give as much notice as possible when needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any client that cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a cost for the lost appointment slot and/or limit our ability to schedule with them in the future.
Returns Policy
Please note that all prescription medications, and products (i.e., ear cleaning, shampoo, etc.) cannot be returned. For the return of prescription foods, we accept returns of unopened cans or bags within 14 days of the purchase date. For deceased patients, we will accept returns at any time, but no later than 3 months after the patient’s passing.
Returns are processed on Thursdays. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (except CareCredit) and the timing of the refund will depend on your financial institution (typically 5-7 business days).
Discounts
We offer senior citizens (65+) and military discounts to our clients for general appointments only, exclusive of all other services including surgery, lab work, and drugs/medications. Clients must present their valid ID (driver’s license for seniors and military ID for military) before services are rendered by our hospital in order to receive the discount.
